- Our graduation caps are made to order. We will need orders placed at least 2 weeks in advance to the date they will be needed by.
- Please be aware that the base pricing for this product is for the decoration on the graduation cap only.
- Graduation Cap Selection:
- The decoration can be ordered as a Topper for your graduation cap.
- The decoration can be done directly on the customer’s graduation cap, which should be provided by the customer at our location at 17822 Betty Bob Dr. , Harlingen, TX 78552.
- Jess Creations can provide a graduation cap if the customer does not have one to provide for an added cost, and will only be offered in Black.
