- The decoration can be done directly on the customer’s graduation cap, which should be provided by the customer at our location at 17822 Betty Bob Dr., Harlingen, TX 78552.
- Jess Creations can provide a graduation cap if the customer does not have one to provide for an added cost, and will only be offered in Black.
