- Graduation Cap Selection:
- The decoration can be ordered as a Topper for your graduation cap.
- The decoration can be done directly on the customer’s graduation cap, which should be provided by the customer at our location at 1202 South A St, Harlingen, TX 78550.
- Jess Creations can provide a graduation cap if the customer does not have one to provide for an added cost, and will only be offered in Black.
