Our graduation caps are made to order. We will need orders placed at least 2 weeks in advance to the date they will be needed by.
Please be aware that the base pricing for this product is for the decoration on the graduation cap only.
Graduation Cap Selection:
The decoration can be ordered as a Topper for your graduation cap.
The decoration can be done directly on the customer’s graduation cap, which should be provided by the customer at our location at 1202 South A St, Harlingen, TX 78550.
Jess Creations can provide a graduation cap if the customer does not have one to provide for an added cost, and will only be offered in Black.
