The decoration can be ordered as a Topper for your graduation cap. (Adhesive included)
The decoration can be done directly on the customer’s graduation cap, which should be provided by the customer at our location at 17822 Betty Bob Dr., Harlingen, TX 78552.
Jess Creations can provide a graduation cap if the customer does not have one to provide for an added cost, and will only be offered in Black.
